Classic, Old-School NYC Concert Institution

The Beacon Theatre is a classic, intimate concert and show venue on the Upper West Side of NYC, not far from Lincoln Center. With less than 3,000 seats, its original art deco styling, a great location, tons of nearby restaurants and New York landmark status, the Beacon is a very "old school" spot with a strong and loyal local following.

Typical talent performing at the Beacon Theatre includes: Allman Brothers Band, John Legend, Steely Dan, Culture Club, Cyndi Lauper, Barenaked Ladies, Jeff Beck, the Annual Night of Too Many Stars, hosted by Jon Stewart and much more. Jerry Seinfeld had a monthly residency (much like Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden) at Beacon Theatre continuing through March 2020 and then through early 2023. Seinfeld says it’s his favorite venue, and of course, his hit TV show was filmed on the Upper West Side.
